We paid $110 just to have them come out and inspect the pool. The technician that came out was only here for maybe three minutes.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the $110 inspection fee covered the technician’s visit to assess the pool and determine what services were needed. Following the inspection, our technician also performed additional work, including servicing the drain, cleaning the pool, and adding the necessary chemicals to help balance the water. We understand that the visit may have appeared brief, but the inspection was not the only service provided during that visit. We appreciate your business and want to ensure the review accurately reflects the work that was completed.
