First-Class Appliance Service did a great job fixing our washing machine. They showed up when we scheduled (within 24 hours), diagnosed and fixed the washer in a short amount of time. We were back to cleaning clothes right away. Would definitely use them again.

First Class Appliance Service was very responsive to my request for a repair on my refrigerator. As soon as I submitted a request through the app, I received a text notification which was followed by a call within minutes. A technician came out the next day to provide a quote and was very professional and did not pressure me. The refrigerator was repaired and I am very pleased with this transaction and it was my first time using Thumbtack. Made me wonder why I had not used it sooner.

I had a neutral experience. Unfortunately I wasn't aware that there will be an additional charge of ~$200 to check the Freon levels, which wasn't included in the service call rate of $60. The $60 includes extremely basic diagnosis. My recommendation to First Class Appliance Service is to display a list (or let the customer know before hand) of additional COMMON diagnostic prices over and above the service call visit. This would really help the customer to make an informed decision. Pavel was extremely nice and courteous to explain the steps. Also, there is a fee of (I think ~3 % when paying by card) and cash is not accepted. The only other form of payment accepted is a check.
