We hired Studio Ten Designs to design and create architectural plans for a major addition to an art studio that we are turning into a house. I highly recommend them. Studio Ten is amazing, as they do remodels, new construction, residential and commercial designs economically and timely. I would recommend Jason and his team for any architectural designs you need. In addition, Jason's plans pass the first review by municipalities better than 90 percent of the time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally on par or lower for Georgia.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would have a consultation that involves a review of the property. During that consultation, we discuss the owner's vision.
Second, we would develop a set of preliminary drawings that we would present to the customer as a starting point. We would work back and forth with the customer until they are satisfied with the design.
Third, once the design process is completed, we begin the process of completing the plans. This would include all supplemental construction drawings and then the plans are sent to our in house structural engineer to provide framing load calculations and stamp the plans.
Fourth, Once the project has been permitted we continue to make our selves available throughout the construction process for any last-minute changes or additional consultations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our office, we have licensed Architects, Architectural Drafters & Designers, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers & Registered Land Surveyors.
