- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require 50% of the amount agreed upon as a nonrefundable deposit on booking. This allows me to buy materials and save the date you requested. If you need to cancel your event, the nonrefundable deposit can be used towards a future event within one calendar year of the original event. The remaining 50% of the total amount agreed upon is due four(4) days before your event. For rentals, a security deposit is required and will be refunded 100% on the return of any damage free rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Small events (birthdays, baby showers, small parties). 1-4weeks Medium events (quinceaneras, large parties, corporate gatherings) 4weeks and more Large events (weddings, galas, large corporate event)6-12 months Also, everything can be customized depending on the client's needs and requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from hands-on experience planning and coordinating events. I've developed skills in organization, customer services, vendor coordination, and event setup.
