About
Taking care of what’s important to you is what’s important to me. I've dedicated myself for over 20 years of private practice to ensure that everyone I help receives the dedicated, personalized service that they deserve. Give me a call, and let’s work together to craft a legal plan that makes sense for you.
For my personal bankruptcy clients I see them through the entire process with care and understanding to provide them the fresh start they deserve. My clients only communicate with me and not support personnel. Whoever you may hire make certain you know what your quoted fee includes. Very low advertised prices often mean hidden costs.
For my Estate Planning clients we discuss their assets, goals, family dynamics and any other special concerns. I then put together an affordable plan that meets their needs.
I love meeting new people and assisting them with their concerns. I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to help my clients and their families.

Gina promptly called me when she received my voice mail about needing a POA document quickly. After receiving my information, she emailed the document to me. She charged much less than the other two attorneys I contacted. I recommend Gina Micalizio.

Gina is a wonderful attorney. Very professional, she works quickly, and never once did I feel any judgement. We worked together on my Bankruptcy. I thought it was going to be very scary and uncomfortable, Gina made the process uncomplicated and very easy to get through. I HIGHLY recommend her and will call her again for other services.

I'm just in the beginning phase of the job of getting a will drawn up. I met with her to give her some basic information she needed to get started. Gina seems like a very nice person and I'm sure I'll be happy when it's all said and done.

Gina Micalizio, Attorney, was a pleasure to work with. She responded to my query on the same day and we executed our documents within a few business days.
We rate her with five stars for attention to detail, knowledge, efficiency and follow up.
I highly recommend Ms. Micalizio.

Working with Gina was great. She quickly evaluated my situation and was able to help me come up with a plan of action to get my finances in order and file my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I received my discharge papers recently and I’m now moving forward with a much better financial situation.
