PLEASE do not think twice about hiring Nasser. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy . First of all. His prices are very reasonable. My air stopped working and Nasser solved the problem. Nasser responded very promptly and was able to come out later that same day. From the moment I met him, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and honest. He worked on our very old AC unit and started by repairing/replacing the least expense component first. He continued in this way until he had our unit working again. He fully explained the repairs and he very matter-of-factly discussed options for replacing--but he was NEVER salesy or pushy. It's clear that he is a true professional and takes pride in serving his clients. He's also followed up a few times to be sure our unit is still functioning properly. His pricing is extremely fair as well. He is experienced, knowledgeable, fairly prices and a person of integrity.
