Overall great experience. One of the biggest things for me was not working with a big box IT company. I can never be assured that what’s on my Computer will stay my business and no one else’s. I felt my privacy was respected and that I was seen and heard by both Ashley and James. Also if they were unsure about anything with my laptop they called first and asked what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better people to work with.
