You be the judge. Wasn’t leveled and rain puddled in the middle of the concrete floor so had to pay above agreed price for them to come back where he tried to patch and level it and didn’t see it necessary to also fix the rough uneven edges that were revealed after removing the wood blocks. I will now have to find someone to come out and try to fix this.
