- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all kinds of materials, therefore all kinds of price, the price is relate to the project and what kind of material it will be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try to understand the customer’s needs and find the best solution for him, we can tell which material is best suitable for the job and we explain all stages of the process thru fabrication to installation. After that we template the kitchen or the place that the countertop will be installed and we start the fabrication process, polish, edges that were chosen and after that we schedule an installation date with the customer, the customer gets to know all steps of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the business many years, and we are specialized in Neolith & Dekton, we can do porcelain countertops with returns and waterfalls , not only in Neolith but in all kind of products. We have experience with all kind of jobs, comercial and residential.
