FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price on the higher end as this is a side gig for me as my wife and 2 kids keep me pretty busy on the weekends. My pricing can be somewhat flexible based on the circumstances. I typically don't charge extra for travel if under 50 miles way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm not part of some big DJ sweatshop. My process usually starts with either the client filling out a form with their favorite music and a rough schedule for their event. I can either meet over zoom or in-person if you prefer but I like to establish the vision for your event. I'm a DJ who understands all music genres and all demographics. I'm just as comfortable DJing to middle schoolers as I am a 50th wedding anniversary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm played piano through high school and competed in state contests. I also was in a rock band and played at a handful of events. Music was a formative part of my childhood, it's what drives me as a video producer in my career.
