Sam did some plumbing and electric work at my home recently, he was very responsive and clear about what needs to be done and arrived on time. Sam did a great job with plumbing replacing some switches to smart switches, after Sam left some of the switches malfunctioned due to app issue and he returned next day to replace them. Overall would highly recommend Sam for handyman work, he's responsive and reasonable.
