- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $125 service fee (This fee can increase depending on location and time of day). This price includes driving to your location and diagnostic. If the repair is minor the charge for the visit will remain at $125. If the result requires a more in depth repair, the price will be adjusted accordingly. The customer will always be told beforehand. That way there is no confusion or surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Lanier Technical College and I obtained a Residential Wiring Certificate and an Electrical Diploma. I gained my experience in electrical working with various companies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally picked up tools for woodworking. After obtaining that skill I wanted to further my knowledge into the trades. I wanted to be able to use my tools on a daily basis and help others learn about their home.
