George quickly responded to my request for an estimate of repair and replacement of chandelier that was almost completely unanchored from the ceiling. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgable about what was needed for the repair. I plan to hire him for any future repairs inside my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always quote a very fair price for my work, and offer quantity discounts for things like electrical outlets and fence post replacement. I think it is very important that the client is satisfied with the quality of work and the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client and talk through the work they need done and the details I see in the pictures they send. I then send a written estimate and we come to an agreement together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from university with a degree in electrical engineering. I also worked for a long time for a company that provides electrical services.
