Mr Lee and his wife did a fantastic job! They came right on time for the appointment and were very thorough with the entire process. He also had the photos back to me before i even expected them to be which was great when doing real estate photos because we were on a big time crunch and he made it work! Without Heard Media Group going out to my site in North Carolina I would have invested in a defunct subdivision. I would have bought 2 properties with no access to them and never have known about this problem

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not an hourly charge. It's a per session charge with an hourly set time. For every hour of on site time I usually also spend at least 2-3 hour of post production time as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions so the customer and I can be on exactly the same page. This makes the end product meet or exceed their expectations every time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the photography business for 22 years and have went to college for photography and videography
