Travis and his team for my painting done within the following week. They were so quick and efficient and did a great job. The price was also more reasonable than the rates I received from other companies. They also completed some sanding and mudding that I needed done prior to painting. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs painting done.

Drew was very professional, and the team did a good job. However out of fairness I wasn’t happy with the customer service after the work, so decided to write a review. A room was included in the quote but not painted (Master Closet - “closet, 3 units 2 coats”). When I realized it wasn’t removed from the quote that I paid, I reached out. I requested a date to have it painted, and Drew said he’d follow up. I didn’t hear back from him when he said he would commit a date, so we painted it ourselves. I still didn’t hear back from him after sending 2 additional follow up emails, a week apart, in hopes to rectify through a credit for future work, or refund. It was a blatant ignoring of my email (IMO). Good work, nice guy, but failed (IMO) with customer follow thru after the work was done. *UPDATE* After posting the review, Drew reached out and extended a sincere apology with context around how he may have missed my messages. He apologized once again, and provided a refund for that portion of the work that was missed. I believe the apology was sincere and the reason seemed reasonable. Based on that, I adjusted the rating from a 1 star to a 5 star to reflect the work, and customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have specials from time to time via Facebook at 360 Painting of North Georgia as well as our website. Also we send out mailers that have monthly specials through RSVP.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to come out and give you an estimate for your project. We here at 360 Painting have a 20 step process that includes using premium products and excellent preparations. We believe communication is a key ingredient in our service and will work to provide this based on your preference be it text, email or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At 360 Painting we have gone through extensive training each year to stay on top of the industries best practices. I am a member of the PDCA which is a painting contractors association that has training on industry standards. Also being a franchise we get thorough training each January and have a great partnership with our paint manufacturers who update us when new products hit the market.
