Words can’t describe how excellent and professional Drew and his team are. There is a reason they have the highest rating here. I can write an whole chapter on the professionalism and the quality of work Drew did with his team. Me and my family are amazed. They painted my townhouse interior from a beige color to White and it looks amazing. Drew even helped me pick a color which I think is the best shade of white on the planet. They even painted a walk in closet for me that was not in the agreement but during the inspection walk I couldn’t remember if it was part of our agreement, and they painted it with no objection. They came back a second time to clean the apartment as well and reworked any minute imperfections. All of you reading this feedback, I give you all my word, as a customer, and a tough grader that go with this company and you will be extremely pleased. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have specials from time to time via Facebook at 360 Painting of North Georgia as well as our website. Also we send out mailers that have monthly specials through RSVP.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to come out and give you an estimate for your project. We here at 360 Painting have a 20 step process that includes using premium products and excellent preparations. We believe communication is a key ingredient in our service and will work to provide this based on your preference be it text, email or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At 360 Painting we have gone through extensive training each year to stay on top of the industries best practices. I am a member of the PDCA which is a painting contractors association that has training on industry standards. Also being a franchise we get thorough training each January and have a great partnership with our paint manufacturers who update us when new products hit the market.
