We are so happy with our experience with 360 Painting. They were quick to reply, gave us a quote within a couple of days, their availability was about 2 weeks out for availability. Received a text the day before to confirm, arrived on time, worked efficiently and job was completed in a day with no damages or messes to clean up after. They emailed an invoice and I could pay it online. 5 stars on everything!!! Will definitely use 360 for all my painting needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have specials from time to time via Facebook at 360 Painting of North Georgia as well as our website. Also we send out mailers that have monthly specials through RSVP.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to come out and give you an estimate for your project. We here at 360 Painting have a 20 step process that includes using premium products and excellent preparations. We believe communication is a key ingredient in our service and will work to provide this based on your preference be it text, email or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At 360 Painting we have gone through extensive training each year to stay on top of the industries best practices. I am a member of the PDCA which is a painting contractors association that has training on industry standards. Also being a franchise we get thorough training each January and have a great partnership with our paint manufacturers who update us when new products hit the market.
