My experience: -Immediate response -reasonable price -next-day service -Rafael was punctual, polite, professional, equipped, knowledgeable, and EFFECTIVE: our dryer’s long-standing venting issues are now behind us. He replaced parts as needed and cleaned/serviced the duct from the back of the dryer through to the exterior vent and saved us from needing to replace the dryer. This experience could not have gone more smoothly. A+++
