We called QualAssure from Thumbtack when we had a water leakage issue in our newly purchased house. Steve was very quick to respond and came the next morning to take care of the issue quickly. He found that someone in the past didn't do the job right to make the area water tight. I was so convinced of his professionalism and experience, I hired him to do a few other difficult projects and each one of them he completed very professionally. Each time he went above and beyond my expectations. He replaced patio doors, windows, installed a few ceiling fans (including new wiring, repairing the dry wall and painting the dry to match existing colors afterwards), replacing a load-baring wall with complete sheetrock replacement and painting of the area afterwards. He did some bath remodeling work by replacing the sink, vanity, toilet and and wall. His experience and ideas he provides are rare to find nowadays. His price is very reasonable for the high quality of the job he does. I will definitely hire him again when there is a need for any repair or remodeling work in my house. I wish Steve and his team continued success and all the best in the future.

Steve has done many projects in our home (small and large). He recently did a full remodel of our primary bathroom. We have had zero issues with any of the work that has been done over the years. Steve is very communicative and upfront about all pricing, labor, expectations, etc. We will definitely continue to use Steve and his contractors for all home repairs/improvements moving forward.
