I would not recommend hiring Eric with Rangel Exterior solutions. I hired him to install galvanized roof paneling at my grandmother's home for her patio. But the patio may as well be useless because Eric did not lay the panels with enough overlap, causing the entire roof to leak. He was hired and paid on August 22nd and he told me to let him know if I had any issues.
I contacted him several times. On August 30th he told me he would be by to check it out. He never responded and I contacted him again on September 5th . It is now September 16th and I have not heard a peep from him. It seems like he is taking the money and run.
To be completely honest, I wish I never hired him. While he was installing the panels, the girl he had working with him, whom he said was his sister, missed the panels a few times causing holes that I had to point out to Eric. He ended up having to caulk them. Honestly for $1,000 I could have climbed up on the roof and done a way better job myself. I 100% do not recommend.
