FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different pricing systems depending on the type of job. Weddings, Video/Film typically fall under my day rate. Bridal parties of (4) or less can be priced out on a per person basis. I have flat rates for paint and go jobs- single look makeup/hair. I also offer an hourly rate for those who are unsure how long my services will be needed on a particular shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional makeup artist it is essential to stay on top of current trends and be fully immersed in ongoing education in your field. I make it a point to always be actively working and learning alongside other industry professionals, attending annual MAKE UP FOR EVER pro education classes, MAC Pro master classes and events, as well as various makeup & skincare trade shows.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of my work is with photographers- creating model portfolios, casting head shots, personal portraits, etc..I also spend a good deal of time styling music videos- doing makeup, hair and wardrobe. Prom season is always a busy time, as well as multiple bridal clients throughout the year.
