Kevin is legitimately one of the nicest, most respectful, and accommodating guys you will ever work with. I would honestly rate more than 5 stars, if possible. Super professional, incredibly knowledgeable (was able to teach me some stuff in an easy to understand manner), very responsive, and the work he does is second to none. I was super happy with all of the work he did on my home (and trust me, it was a lot of work that needed to be done). Will continue to hire Kevin if I ever need more stuff done.

Kevin has completed numerous home repairs and renovations for me, and he has consistently done an amazing job with each of them. His quality of work is higher than any I’ve ever seen. He clearly thinks long-term when making decisions to ensure his repairs and modifications will last. He also keeps future maintenance needs in mind, to try to lower maintenance requirements and to make the maintenance easier to perform. Even seemingly small decisions he has made will make a positive impact later, such as using screws where parts may need to be removed later for maintenance (where the original builder had used nails). For larger decisions, such as whether to use more expensive, but water-resistant, material in areas where water resistance could be beneficial, he always let me know what the options were and what the price difference would be so that I could make the decision, taking into account the cost. In cases where I wasn’t sure what the best option would be, I could ask him his opinion, and he’d let me know what he would do if it were his house. I never felt pressured into any decision, and he has always respected preferences I had, regardless of whether it was for a cheaper or a more expensive solution for a given job. In addition, I’ve worked with him enough to know that he is an honest, trustworthy person with integrity. I highly recommend Kevin.

Kevin did a phenomenal job getting my house ready to sell. His attention to detail and expertise delivered much more value than expected, and he was the ultimate professional in providing detailed estimates that eliminated the possibility of potential miscommunication.
