- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the client's needs and gathering details about the door or hardware in question. From there, we can often provide an initial estimate based on photos or a site visit. Once the client is ready to move forward, we schedule the job and keep the client updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians hold AAADM certification, demonstrating specialized training and testing in safe installation, service, and inspection of automatic door systems.
