- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are always no charge. Generally, I price jobs on a per job bases. So, if you are a variety of project that need to be addressed, I will give you a price for each individual job. I tend to stay away from hourly pricing, to give clients peace of mind. Meaning, if I believe a task will take 1 hour to complete, and it actually ends up taking 1.5 to 2 hours because of whatever reason, there is no surprise at the end of the job. I will provide hourly pricing is there are a few small task, that can be completed relatively quickly and require little or no materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether the initial contact is via phone, text or email, I like to schedule a time to come out and see the issue. If it’s minor, I’ll give a quote on the spot. For more complex issues, I usually do some product/material research and email a quote to the customer within 24 hours.

We work with homeowners looking to spruce up their home before going on the market and those who have repairs to make after receiving home inspection reports. And everyone in between.
