- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether the initial contact is via phone, text or email, I like to schedule a time to come out and see the problem. If it’s minor, I’ll give a quote on the spot. For more complex issues, I usually do some product/material research and email a quote to the customer within 24 hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Colgan Home Services works with all types of customers. Homeowners with issues they are trying to resolve to those who are looking to upgrade the appearance of their home. We work with homeowners looking to spruce up their home before going on the market and those who have repairs to make after receiving home inspection reports. And everyone in between.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most recently, I did a fairly large Christmas lighting display. It looked great, but what I enjoyed most was helping out this particular customer. The spouse had a serious illness and was unable to hang the decorations. Family was coming to town and it seemed like the weight of the world was on my customer’s shoulders. Doing this for my customer and some other minor repairs was one thing my customer didn’t have to worry about during the holiday season.
