Highly recommend Gui/CSG - I had Porcelain Floorinstalled in the laundry room and It looks great, Gui and his crew are very professional. I was in a very tough spot following a water leak and Gui responded immediately and was very responsive, patient and highly professional answering the barrage of questions I had. I am having him back to replace the carpets with luxury Vinyl in all the rooms in my home and have referred him to the neighbors around my community as well. Thank you Gui!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary according to the type of material to be used, sizes and difficulties. we estimate completely free of charge, we measure the client's house accurately and thus guarantee that there will be no waste of material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the client's house, I always have some samples that I show to the client, or the client is free to buy his flooring directly from a store and hire us just for the installation, we provide the estimate, if the estimate is approved, we set the best day to do the work
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Production Engineering in Brazil which helps me to this day how to handle my work, some years of experience doing installations for big companies like The Home Depot and Lowes.
