- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at each project individually although I attempt to keep my pricing within the $45.00 per hour rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a client to determine the extent of the staging process that needs to be accomplished. This process would include de-cluttering, furniture arrangements, color, fix-and-repair, cleanliness, and many other aspects of staging for both the interior and exterior of the home. If my client is seeking a consultation only, I can provide a written consultation or, if circumstances allow and the home is ready, I may perform the staging during that first meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree in Interior Decorating. I am a Certified Home Stager performing home staging for over 7 years I have over 20 years experience in Kitchen and Bath Design. I have performed Project Management overseeing remodeling projects
