- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My step-father worked for a Hot Tub repair company for about 3 years and didn't like how they were treating their customers, or the way they wanted him to do business. He left and started his own. Fast forward 10 years and he was ready to retire. He approached me and we've been rolling ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Error codes, breaker tripping, and leaks.
