What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well I like to get to know my customer asking what their wants and needs are when having their house cleaned and one of the things I like to ask is what type of flooring they have in their home, if they're needing baseboards cleaned, what type of chemicals they would prefer, just essential questions I like to ask. I want to make sure their needs are being met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience in all types of cleaning as in janitorial residential and commercial cleaning, move out/move in cleanings, post-construction clean ups, and hospitality! very well qualified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing janitorial working for my dad and I loved it but I wanted more I wanted to learn more about the basics of cleaning so I went from doing that to residential and there I learned commercial cleaning, move out cleaning, post construction clean ups, and I enjoyed it but I still wanted to learn more so I went from doing that type of cleaning to hospitality.
