Robert was awesome!!! We just purchased a house and needed to have the attic and crawl space sealed to prevent further rodent activity. He came right out & assessed the issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable and even offered us free friendly advice to help save us money. He was very thorough when it came to sealing up the place. I would highly recommend him!!

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Avexium. Robert came and gave me his professional and honest opinion and didn't want to charge me since he didn't think it was fair considering there wasn't much work he could do that I wasn't already doing. This was all after he helped me seal up vents on my roof. I reached out to a couple other companies before Avexium. Both companies just gave me a big quote and wouldn't even explain or walk me through the problem areas. Unlike Robert at Avexium who walked me through my house and gave me advice in great detail. He's the best!

I live near a creek. I do not have river rats but my neighbors have had them. Wanting to prevent them in my house, I hired Robert Scott, owner of Avexium, a highly skilled and experienced rodent control expert. He applied a roof exclusion which is a metal strip at the roofline which block rats and other rodents from entering the attic. Robert applied wire mesh to a wall of lattice-designed bricks on the wall of my attached utility room. He also plugged all holes with mesh and an exclusion-type caulk to keep animals from entering my home through those tiny entrance-ways. If that wasn't enough, Robert's previous experience as a general contractor gives him a grounding in house construction unlike his competitors. After completing the rodent exclusion work, he added a few wooden supports, purlins, inside my attic roof which had never been placed in the attic above a finished carport. I found Robert to be an exceptionally hard-working, courteous gentleman with a work-ethic that won't quit until the job is done in an excellent fashion. I can't recommend him highly enough!!!

They were very good at capturing the squirrels and removing them. There were 5 squirrels!!!
I did not expect that at all.
I was very impressed with Roberts work! His experience as a builder is extremely comforting. It is exactly how you should feel when someone works on your home.
After the work was done he put assurances in place that no other company can offer that will protect my home long into the future.
