Our Process

Contact Us
Fill out the Contact Us form on our website with your project details. We will contact you within 3-5 business days to tell you a little bit more about our services and a link to book your initial consultation.
2.
The Initial Design Consultation
We will meet for the initial consultation where we discuss your project(s) in-depth! We'll discuss your functionality needs, how your family uses the space and your overall design goals. Then we will take detailed measurements and photos.
3.
Design Invoice + Start Date
After the initial consultation, we will send you an invoice for design fees based on a flat fee per space. This flat fee is calculated based on our hourly rate of $150.00/hour and the total scope of the project.
4.
Your Design Plan
A typical design plan takes about 2-4 weeks for completion depending on the scope of the project. Once we've completed your design, we offer one complimentary revision within 30 days.
5.
Your Final Design Plan
This design plan is your final design plan with all completed revisions. It will include a floor plan, cabinet plan, all material and hardware selections, shopping lists to purchase all items, detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings.
6.
Execution of the Final Design
This step is where we differ from any other design firm in our area! You may take your completed design plan to the contractor or remodeling company of your choice. We also offer a full-service remodel design experience if you choose. We will connect you with our preferred contractor, meet with both you and the contractor, help the contractor manage the project and answer all questions on your behalf, be a part of the ordering process with the contractor, and keep in touch with you throughout the project. Full-service includes an hourly project management fee billed in 10-hour increments at $150.00/hour.
