For the first time after many years of being in our home we discovered a mole problem which stated in the back yard and quickly went into the front yard. After doing some research I contacted Richard and he responded immediately. I think all pest control companies will say they can handle a mole problem, or humanely handle a racoon or other wildlife issue in a home, but they can't and it takes specific knowledge and experience. He was amazing to work with. Very punctual from the first inquiry. Always stayed in contact when needed and was very responsive and explained each step of the way. Showed me things so I could see myself and understand. Issue - flying squirrels/mice in the attic along with some mice in the basement. Resolution - Found cracks where a tree hit my gutter and caused an opening and one other spot that he sealed up on the roof. Also found the A/C unit lines from outside right into the basement had large spaces for the critters to use. Sealed that with expandable mesh and some wiring. Traps caught mice and the squirrels.
