My team and I have been painting houses for 13 years. EXTERIOR PAINTING: We pressure wash the entire exterior of the house before painting. We silicone all areas that need silicone, scrape off any peeling paint, sand, and apply primer to areas that require it. We make carpentry repairs if the house needs it. We cover windows, doors, floors, and plants before painting. INTERIOR PAINTING: Preparation: We cover floors and carpets before painting. We repair cracked nail holes with Shirrock paste, sand, and paint. DECK STAIN: We pressure wash for better durability, sand, and stain decks, and cover all areas that could get stained. We use Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore products. All our prices include materials and paint, for a better guarantee on our work. We have many clients who recommend us for our excellent service.

Humberto and his team are awesome. I contacted him to repair drywalls and fix several cracks in ceiling drywalls and repaint everything. The results are flawless - the walls and ceilings look brand new. I also asked them to repaint a staircase with a very high ceiling and they handled it perfectly. In fact I was so impressed with their work that I asked to additionally repaint the baseboards, doors and window frames throughout the entire house. They put in long hours to accommodate the extra work and I am very impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism and how they protected the floors and furniture carefully during their work and cleaned up thoroughly. Their dedication and work ethic genuinely blew me away and I highly recommend them

We are currently remodeling our 25 year old house and Deam painting did a very good job painting our living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, stairwell, hallway, and 9 doors! It took them 2 days to get everything done. I really appreciate the work they did for us and will be using them again for future projects!

I reached out to Deam painting to paint my lower kitchen cabinets a darker color. They responded immediately and came out same day for a quote. They were able to get to work quickly and it was done in one day and we are very happy with the outcome! We will use them again for future projects.
