We used Fresh Coat Painters to paint our trim recently! Chandler was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. His team was professional and even took extra special care of our family of baby birds that decided to nest on our front door wreath this year. Highly recommend!

Chandler and his crew were fantastic. They painted my 18+ foot walls around lots of natural wood (so no room for errors!) with high quality and no messes. Chandler came to our house to assess our paint project. We had a detailed quote the same day. Crew pressure washed house and completed paint job very quickly. Crew is friendly and cleaned up after project was completed. We are completely satisfied with our home after the exterior paint job. Home looks brand new! We will use Fresh Coat Painters Ben, for any future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fresh Coat Painters we price our services based off of the Painters Contracting Association. We offer some promotional discounts via Facebook and we work with our customers to find the right paint solution based on their budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to come out to your home and provide a free firm quote. Our quotes provide attention to detail, along with pictures and are easy to follow. We believe communication is key and we will clarify with you how to communicate via call, email, or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Fresh Coat Painters we go through extensive training in Cincinnati Ohio, where we cover everything from the basic safety measures to the applications of every product. I also was a manager at Sherwin Williams for 2 years so I have product training and am always updated on product guides!
