Fresh Coat Painters did an awesome job for us! We are very happy with the results. They painted our basement and stained our deck. We worked with Erick throughout the process from initial estimate to the finished walk through. He is very personable and easy to work with. The painting crew that did our job were very neat and thorough. They touched up all the spots we saw when they were done with no problem. Chandler and his team did an excellent job painting the interior of my house. They were always here on time, willing to answer any questions, and were super helpful in putting things back in order at the end of the project. In addition, Chandler was very patient and helpful in helping me decide on the perfect color! The new paint is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Updated review: Chandler and his team cam back out to fix the issues we had. As a customer I appreciate their willingness to make sure the job was done to my standard. Couldn't ask for a better recovery from their team! We will certainly be using them again!!
Overall okay experience. I specifically asked for the trim to be touched up before they finished the job. They did not fix it and did not check in with me before leaving the paint site. They also got paint on the window blinds. I was hoping for an excellent paint job job based on prior reviews and received a mid paint job.

We had an amazing experience with Fresh Coat Painters! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. The crew showed up on time every day and worked diligently. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Fresh Coat Painters we price our services based off of the Painters Contracting Association. We offer some promotional discounts via Facebook and we work with our customers to find the right paint solution based on their budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to come out to your home and provide a free firm quote. Our quotes provide attention to detail, along with pictures and are easy to follow. We believe communication is key and we will clarify with you how to communicate via call, email, or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Fresh Coat Painters we go through extensive training in Cincinnati Ohio, where we cover everything from the basic safety measures to the applications of every product. I also was a manager at Sherwin Williams for 2 years so I have product training and am always updated on product guides!
