I was an out-of-state owner, desiring to sell a vacant property in Georgia, which needed an initial major lawn service (including minor landscaping), and to be thoroughly cleaned. Then, I needed regular maintenance until the property sold. This context requires someone competent, but more importantly trustworthy. In Luis, I found the PERFECT partner, which made the process of selling my property nearly stress free. He did amazing work, always on time, always included photos to demonstrate progress, etc. A super professional, and I'd recommend him to anybody!
