Can't say enough good things about this company. Most importantly their employees care about you and are very patient. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once that we have the information, we send an estimate. After the estimate is approved by the customer, we ask for 50% of the job in advance in order to schedule the job. After the job is done, we get paid the other 50%.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After manufacturing Stone veneer, we saw the need in the community for labor. One thing lead to another, and now we specialized in remodeling!!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with retails (residential) and commercial.
