Here's what you should know: * General Notarization: $2.00 per signature * Mileage (after 10 miles): $1.70 per mile * After-Hours (5 PM – 8 AM): +$25 * Holiday Appointments: +$50 * Emergency/Rush Requests (under 1 hours' notice): +$40 We’re happy to provide a personalized quote based on your location and specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the notarization process smooth, clear, and convenient for every customer—especially if it's your first time working with us. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Initial Contact & Inquiry You reach out with details about the service you need (type of document, location, time frame, etc.). We respond promptly to answer questions and provide a clear quote. 2. Appointment Scheduling We schedule a convenient time and location—whether it’s your home, office, or a neutral location. We offer flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 3. Document Preparation Before the appointment, we’ll confirm what ID and documents you need. We also verify if any witnesses are required. 4. On-Site Notarization At the appointment, we review the documents, verify your ID, and walk you through the process before completing the notarization. Everything is handled professionally, respectfully, and confidentially. 5. Payment & Receipt Payment is collected after the service is completed (cash, card, or digital options accepted), and you’ll receive a receipt for your records. Our goal is to earn your trust through reliable, on-time, and professional service.
