We work on all Apple products including desktops (iMacs), laptops (Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, Macbook Retina), iPhones and iPads no matter the age of your product. We also work on all PC (Window's based laptops) as well. No appointment needed. Just come on into out store for high quality service and fast turnaround time. Most repairs are done in-house. We can extend the life of your Apple computer and PC's with upgrades that will make your device run faster and more efficiently with SSD drives and RAM upgrades.
We love working with customers in assessing their needs and finding the right computer to meet their needs while saving up to 60% on a pre-owned computer backed up by our 90 day warranty and our expert technical support team. Our customers are across all age groups including students, parents, seniors, small businesses, churches and the school system. Many small businesses are using Mac computers in their business and do not have a good source to do upgrades and repair on their Macs. We have been very successful in working small companies and churches where many of them are using Mac based software tools like ProPresnter, Pro Video and Live Streaming.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the door! Paco was very kind and attentive as I explained the problem I was experiencing with my Mac laptop. Not only did he fix the problem with my laptop not working properly or updating to the newest software, but he took care of it without charging me an arm and a leg!
Reasonable and reliable business ethic! I would highly recommend this business to others needing help with computer/technology issues! 😀

Paco was an exceptional help in repairing my Samsung A20 phone. He got the part in immediately and fixed my phone the same day! He was also very responsive in his emails to me when I first contacted him about the repair. I highly recommend using Experimax in Cumming for all phone and computer repairs!

Needing my warhorse 2010 Macbook Pro repaired, the technicians were clearly out to protect my best interests and warned that the repair was not worth the age and condition. Impressed me so much I bought a 27" iMac the same day, they even gave me a credit on for parting my dead Mac! After a couple of weeks, I noticed that my heavy Adobe usage was bogging down the "new" Mac! Sheepishly, told Travis, who owns and runs the place, my embarrassing predicament. Not really sure what they could do, but desperate. Shocked, without hesitation they recommended a better processor and let me trade the one I had been using with just a nominal upgrade fee, swapped my hard drive and memory too! Today it is hard to find a company that puts customer service first. Well, I just found one - and they found a life long loyal customer. I visited Travis at Experimac to get some advice about my phone. When I saw what was available in the store, I asked about getting a new to me desktop. I figured since I had an I-phone and an I-pad, it would be easy to make a switch from Windows to Mac. Travis explained the differences and helped me to choose the right Mac for me. It was easy, and he and his great staff were there when I had any questions. I love my new Mac and will continue to use Experimac in the future...bout time for a newer I-Pad! Thank you Travis and Becky and staff!
