I had my septic tank pumped out by another plumbing company and was told my drain field had to be replaced at a cost of 8-10 thousand dollars. I contacted Master Rooter and spoke with Ethan who told me there were other options we could pursue. He sent two technicians out (Justin & Caleb) who checked it out and found the only problem was a stopped up baffle, Once this was unclogged my toilets and drains were working perfectly. So a problem that could have cost me a small fortune only cost me a service call of $275. From now on all my plumbing problems will go to Master Rooter. Everyone at Master Rooter were the most professional and courteous people I've ever dealt with. Thanks so much everyone, it was a genuine pleasure to work with such a great company!!!

The team was great. They were prepared with cameras, showed and explained me all the issues and cost breakdown for each solutions. They were not pushy at all and super polite. On top of that, they were able to pull the info of the septic tank from the county, knew it’s location, capacity and etc. before even arriving. Lastly, the cost was much less than I expected. This is truly a genuine review. I am doing it because it is hard to get this Level of service these days. I EXTREMELY recommend.

Benjamin came out and thorough explained my septic tank issues. I’ve been living in my home for nearly 14 yrs and this is the first time someone took the time to do so.
