Dylan did a fantastic job explaining the differences between the pests that we see in the house. And he told me step by step what he was doing in order to get rid of them. Extremely courteous - he even put on shoe booties right before coming in the house in order to keep the house clean. We are extremely happy with his service!

It started with the forgotten beef jerky in the back of the pantry... the ants thought they had the high ground, but I wasn't giving up. Unfortunately, we tried everything... baits and poisons were completely ineffective, and the wife frowned on burning the house down, regardless of it being 100% effective per our research. The last straw was when we saw grandma being carried out the door... never saw her again, bless her soul. But that's when we decided we had enough! One call, and Kyle and his team of professionals were there to take control of the entire situation. It took no time at all before we had our house back. We never saw grandma again, but we turned her room into a pretty sweet game room. Thanks Kyle!
