We had a huge water damage due to a busted water heater. It destroyed my hardwood floors. We had EWR come out and they were at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. From beginning to end of the entire process we were informed as each step went by. I didnt even have to talk to my insurance company. They did everything for me. Now my house looks practically brand new and you cant even tell that I had a water damage. They were so respectful and so helpful. Answered every question I had and helped me feel settled with the process. I recommend them 100%.

I woke up a few weeks ago in a panic. My basement had flooded. After calling several companies, and a few estimates later, Experienced Claim Services met all of our needs. Beginning with the quick easy phone call, someone was at my house within the hour and began helping right away.
