Bradley and his assistant did a great job in addressing damage from a foundation leak in my basement. I had several quotes from providers on Thumbtack (some cheaper) but was really impressed with he went about the work and how thorough he was in his work. No shortcuts taken. Moved out all the furniture in the affected area, used heavy gauge plastic to quarantine off the area to contain dust and mold, removed all affected drywall, carpet, and damaged items, and remediated molded areas. Very professional, reasonably priced, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I submitted an initial inquiry for work around 7pm thinking it would be the next day before I started speaking with companies. Bradley ended up driving an hour that night to my house to begin assessing the job and started the mitigation process that same night. I can't recommend Bradley enough! We had an issue with our "newish" dryer not drying the clothes even after 1 and a half hours. He throughly cleaned out our VERY clogged vent/hose, and went above and beyond by even checking the dampness of our downstairs area. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The best professional we've ever hired on Thumbtack!

Bradley is super professional and thoughtful. He really helped us understand the nature of the damaged caused by a broken condensate drain pipe and why each step was needed. He was prompt, focused, and really worked with us to make sure the water damage was properly handled. We will absolutely call Bradley first if the need ever arises!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually all insurance restoration specialists including the carrier use a software program called "xactimate", it is the primary billing software for the industry. Any time a claim is filed that is the product I use but for someone paying out of pocket, I will help them out, In reason.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to walk through a project and figure out what method will work best for a specific project. Floor protection and shoe covers are required by Grady Property Restoration before/during/after engaging projects. I enjoy educating homeowners about restoration work so they will have a much better understanding why there are different processes/quotes etc..
