Had a minor leak in the bathroom pipe joint and called Lanier Plumbing because of their proximity to my home as well as for their good reviews.They responded next morning, found the problem, performed the necessary repairs and neatly restored the work area.Dave, the master plumber, was pleasant, courteous and a professional gentlemen who assessed, repaired and finished the job in timeliness and thorough manner.Cost of the repair was slightly higher than I anticipated but based on over all work performed, I would consider it fair.

Update on Dec 5th: David and his team came back and apologized for the gap in communication and also resolved the additional problem. They understood the chaos caused by them and took extra effort to resolve the issue promptly. I thank the team for putting in their best efforts and taking care of customer feed back seriously. I appreciate the team and look forward to working with them in future. Original: Communication was incomplete. Problem areas identified and only partial/immediate issues notifed on phone call. An estimate was sent separately for other issues but no mention of it on the phone. Invoice sent with iincorrect pictures causing more confusion. overall very expensive and not happy with the service. Had we known the total cost for all repairs, we would have gotten additional estimate as because total cost was very high.
