Introduction: I am responsible for determining the fair market value and completing written descriptions for residential single-family and multifamily properties. I review residential appraisals on a national level. I examine income records and operating costs for income properties, conduct comparisons of actual measurements of properties with legal descriptions of properties obtained through county records, and sketch land diagrams and note conditions and special features of appraised properties.
