Tylor, the owner, responded immediately and continued to communicate with me until we reached a cost, date and time. Ben, the technician, arrived early. The entire tank had some kind of black algae on everything in the tank. Ben recognized the type of algae and immediately began cleaning everything and treating the tank. The tank looks amazing.
