My only complaint is they really struggled to provide me a receipt. I asked for it up front, didn't receive it, asked for it at the end, and it still took almost a week to receive it. Otherwise, the bounce house was great. It was a good price, and I loved that it came bundled with the tables and chairs. They were timely and professional.

I paid a very fair price for a bouncy house, tent, and adult tables and chairs. I honestly was a bit concerned about the mixed communication on arrival times which in the future will need to be clearer but the team redeemed themselves by providing a quick setup and good service- therefore the 5 stars. They even ensured the bouncy house was disinfected and secure. My grandson had a wonderful birthday party! I would use J3 for future events.
