- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We have a flat rate per area. With the exception of closets, if it has a light switch it is an area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we arrive on site we do a walk through and ask the homeowner to point out any areas of concern, or trouble areas. We spot treat those right away so the client can see if they are going to come out or not. We want the homeowner and us to be on the same page as far as expectations go. Expectations are very important.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Fist question to always ask is "Do you use a soapy or foamy cleaner?" Soapy cleaners leave a sticky residue that attracts dirt and debris. Second, never ask for an estimate. Always as for a quote.
