Wonderful experience . I contacted him the night before because our A/C heater wasn't working he came out to take a look with NO charge. He was very professional . He check to see the issue and fixed it and was very much affordable. I've added him to the list of my emergency contacts for all our AIRBNB properties. If you're looking to book someone don't you look any further he's right there.
