Torrence's Electrical Services installed/replaced LED recessed lights in my kitchen, hallway and bedroom. I am very happy with the results and the price was great. I had several small electrical jobs that needed to be completed around my house and Torrence was able to complete them all in no time. I had several electrical sockets replaced, ceiling fans installed in four rooms, light fixtures replaced and wall sockets installed in my bathroom. Torrence was more than lenient with his pricing and did excellent quality work! I will definitely be using his services again.

Torrence mounted our 70" TV to the wall as well as two shelves on either side of the t.v. What I like about the installation was that it was fast and efficient! However, what I love is the hidden cords! No mess! It really was great work!

Spoke with Torrence via text and on the phone. He wanted to come by at 12 noon on a scheduled day to view and go over the job. He didn't show up until after 2pm. We scheduled the job for 9am the next morning. At 10:30am he still hadn't showed, or called. Torrence seems to be a nice guy and was very respectful when we met. However, if your working in a service oriented business, you have to say what you mean and mean what you say. Punctuality is not only a sign of a true professional, it's a sign of respect. Torrence still needs to learn the art of time management!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, my prices are pretty standard depending on the difficulty of access or specialty equipment needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a possible work order, I typically would respond within an hour. I like to get the full details via email or text, as well as send my response and quote through the same services. Once all terms are agreed upon, we usually schedule a time for the work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience working for major electrical contractors in the Atlanta area. i.e Cleveland Electric Co. IBEW apprenticeship program
2 years working for myself without one dissatisfied customer.
