We take customer service extremely serious as it is the foundation of our business. The project in which the customer is speaking of is a project we were hired for after completing 8 other medium to large size home improvement projects that the customer was apparently satisfied with to continue to hire. This particular project was a fence job and not an electrical or plumbing project like the original posting we were hired for. Unfortunately, a lead installer of mine went outside of established company protocol and when I (Owner of Falcon Solutions) became aware of the issue, that installer was removed from our team and I personally pulled off other projects to handle this with care and complete to our standards and project scope. The customer was content with the completion of the project, stamped by a final completion payment, which is in line with our company policy that we don't get paid until our customers are completely satisfied with the work performed. Per the Permit claim, we hold proof in documentation that our end of the permitting process was upheld and shows that any responses was the customers responsibility and I was never contacted to assist in any issues, as Henry is aware I would have been willing. It is the company standard of Falcon Solutions to deliver A+ customer service above all else. We have tightened up our hiring process to assure rogue activity doesn't place us in these unfortunate situations and to continue to assure we deliver on that standard just as we did on the plethora of projects completed for Henry and his family.
