He was prompt and professional from start to finish. We did ask him to come back and address some minor issues, which is normal with this type of work, but it did not impact my rating because he responded quickly and without any hostility towards our follow-up requests. That is huge factor with me because it's easy for a contractor to be polite when everyone is on the same page. Their character and professionalism is tested and revealed when you request a follow-up to address an issue. I felt pricing was very reasonable. He was upfront with cost and pricing. I will definitely call him again and refer him to anyone in need of similar work!
